You can purchase your Romeo Merino items with complete confidence, as we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To begin your return:
1. Simply email or call with your order number and we will create a return label for you. Please advise if you would prefer to receive a refund to the card you purchased with, store credit, or an exchange (and which item you would like to exchange for).
2. You will then receive an easy-return label with instructions to complete your return or exchange.
Returns are no questions asked, but if you could, we would love to know why you are returning so we can always make our products and offerings better for you!
Please note: All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include original tags and order form. Refunds can be issued for store credit, exchanges, or to the original form of payment. Please note that for exchanges, the exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value.
